Uli is the Igbo tradition of curvilinear painting applied to the body and to the walls of the compound — crescents, arcs and spirals drawn directly onto a living surface. Here the vocabulary is not printed but built: a structured suede midi with a sweetheart neckline, worked across the body in hand-applied crescent motifs in raised cord and bead.
